The United States Appeals Court has ruled that New England Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady’s four game suspension well be reinstated to start the 2016 season, according to a report from CNBC.

Brady, 38, was initially suspended by the National Football League in 2015 for his alleged involvement with deflated footballs from the AFC Championship that season.
