Trunk or Treat Rules and Entry

Thanks for your interest in the TRUNK OR TREAT EXTRAVAGANZA!  Get your family together and get creative with your trunk and create something crazy, scary or funny to win hotel accommodations for your family! (up to 4)  Please fill out the form below and read the rules carefully to be entered as a potential participant.  Please note that we are only choosing a certain amount of participants and filling out this form does not guarantee you a spot.

RULES:

All candy will be provided by Townsquare Media if your family is chosen…no outside candy is permitted to be given away at the event.  This is for the safety of the general public.

Your car and design must not exceed a 7ft by 17ft space.

No open flames or candles of any sort are permitted. LED and battery operated OK.

Someone must be with your vehicle at all times during the event. No vehicle should be left unattended.

Costumes are not required but highly recommended.

Please keep the themes family friendly…..stay away from excessive gore and toy weapons that suggest violence.

Cars must remain off during the duration of the event and gas level as low as possible. (Fire prevention)

One visit to each car for attendees….we will have a sheet or token system that will help participants regulate this. 

Contest is open to listeners on all of our Portland Townsquare Stations.  Final participants will be chosen on Wednesday October 21^st at which time full event details will be sent. Please note entering through this form does not guarantee participation at the event as there is limited space available.
