I stream all my TV shows and I've found it hard to know what shows have new episodes and where I left off. I found and app that just made it a lot easier for me to keep track of them.

I don't have cable TV, so I watch my shows from several streaming sources. Netflix, Hulu, HBO Now and Google Play. All of these services except for Netflix have new shows available the day after they are broadcast on TV, but it's hard to remember when new shows are available since I have no set schedule for watching.

I found an app that has made it much easier to know what's new and what I still have waiting to watch. It's called TVShow Time and is available for Android and iOS.

When I have shows available to watch, TVShow Time shows them to me in a handy list.

I know it's not tough to tell those are my TV shows. Yours of course will differ.

When you set TVShow Time up, you tell it all the shows you watch and how far you are into them by season and episode number. It then creates your watch list and keeps track of how far behind you are on your shows and sends you a notification when an hour before a show is about to air.

After I watch a show, I check it off the list and can rate it and discuss it with other TVShow Time app users. It's perfect for people like me who stream their TV to watch whenever, but also works even better than the onscreen guide for people who haven't cut the cord.
