Was This Weather Channel Meteorologist Peeing On Live TV? [VIDEO]

During Saturday's NBC Nightly News, Lester Holt cut to Weather Channel Meteorologist Mike Seidel who was out in the snow for a live report. It appeared that Mike was instead writing his name in the snow.
