WATCH: Guy Runs Up and Down Brighton Avenue in Portland Right in the Middle of Traffic

When you live or work in a city like Portland, you expect to see some crazy things on the streets. We can only guess what this guy was doing when he was caught on a dash cam running up and down the middle of Brighton Avenue. 

Jason Bisbing posted this dashcam video taken as he was stopped at a light on the corner of Devonshire Street and Brighton Avenue. About 25 seconds into the video, you'll see a man come into the picture from the left running down the middle of the street. He stops ever so briefly at the driver in a truck at the red light heading east on Brighton and quickly turns around running the other way.

The light facing the dashcam driver, who we're assuming is Jason, turns green just as the Portland Running Man gets through the intersection. Jason turns left, following closely behind Porltand Running Man as he continues to run like the wind.

Portland Running Man then slows and gets into the driver's seat of the truck stopped at the next light to wait for it to turn green.

So what just happened here? We're stumped.

It looks like the person in the truck that Portland Running Man ran to did some pointing. Maybe Portland Running Man was leading the way somewhere, but didn't know where he was going?

Did the two exchange something? Some sort of quick and dirty deal going down?

It's a complete mystery to us, and we may never know what exactly was going on here. All we know is Portland Running Man wins the internet today for his amazing speed and ability to dodge traffic without missing the light.
