It's spring and the ants are on the move from underground into your home and RV in search of food and water. They're not that difficult to get rid of with some patience and the right bait.

Ants in your living space can be a big problem in the spring months as they come up out of their nests in search of food. Once they find food, then they keep coming and it sometimes seems like you'll never be rid of them.

This is especially an issue in my camper. Ants are everywhere in the spring and immediately find their way into the camper near the sinks.

Several seasons ago I found an ant trap that works great, but when they returned this spring, my girlfriend wasn't able to find them so she picked up Raid Ant Baits instead. Watch how the ants reacted in the video I shot.

The ant wouldn't go anywhere near the trap to take the bait back to the nest. Sure, I probably freaked him out a bit by moving it all around, but ants don't go these traps as much as they do my secret weapon.

Terro Ant Bait has done the job for me for the past two seasons. The ants can't seem to resist this stuff! I put a trap next to the kitchen sink, the bathroom sink and anywhere else I see ants crawling. Within a week or two, the ants empty these traps and bring the poison back to the nest wiping them all out. Done and done!
