Watch the Most Terrifying Ride I Saw on Vacation – Would You Dare To Ride?

I had a great time on my vacation in Orlando riding all kinds of rollercoasters and thrill rides over and over. This one however was just a bit too much for me. Would you ride it? 

It's called 'The Slingshot' for obvious reasons! It's at the Magical Midway on International Drive in Orlando, not far from Universal Studios and launches riders almost 400 feet in the air at 3-5G's with nothing between you and the ground but a set of bungie-like cables.

It starts by strapping riders in and lowering them into a 'lava' pit with steam rising out of it. Then the anticipation builds until suddenly they are launched into the air at terrifying speeds to a height of almost 400 feet!

At the top, you get a great view of Orlando, if your eyes are open and you can focus on anything as you spin head over feet. Oh and they have a camera pointed at you so you can see the look on your terrified face later. This guys passed out. Three times!
