Watch This Major Overpass in Beijing Get Replaced in 43 Hours

Doesn't it seem like takes forever to have a bridge replaced around here? In Beijing they have it down to a science and can replaced this overpass in just 43 hours! 

You can tell there is a lot of prep work that went into this, but the old span is torn down and a new one put in its place in less than two days. How can we make this happen here?
