What’s the Strangest Thing You Have in Your Desk or Cubicle?

I don't sit at my desk in my cubicle a lot so I don't pay much attention to what's in my file drawers or hanging on the padded walls. Most of the time the stuff that ends up there isn't even mine or was tacked to the wall by someone else. I took a look around my cubicle yesterday afternoon in search of a pen and realized I have an odd collection of items hanging around my workspace.

Custom Artwork Featuring My Co-Workers & Co-Worker's Wife

I work with a lovely bunch of weirdos who spend their scarce downtime creating custom artwork for the walls of everyone's cubicles. From left to right, you have a photo of my boyfriend with a Snapchat filter applied to his face, another Snapchat edit of Adam with his shirt altered to say my office nickname, and a pregnancy announcement photo from Cam and his wife with some photoshopping. Don't they look like a J. Crew ad? On the end is a newspaper hat.

Various My Little Pony Memorabilia

This figurine and necklace were gifts from my co-worker, Celeste. Back in my pink hair phase she called me Rainbow Dash, which is apparently a character on My Little Pony. She helped me accessorize and decorate my desk with a few Rainbow Dash pieces. I love 'em but they're a little abnormal for the desk of a 27-year old woman.

A Newspaper Clipping of Football Men Hugging

I don't know much about football, but one day on the air I said my favorite moment of a particular Patriots game was when they hugged each other. The next day our Director of Sales, Mr. Mike "Free Tom Brady" Marcello delivered this newspaper clipping and hung it in my cubicle. It kept falling down though, so now it just hangs out in my top drawer.
