So, I have noticed lately that sometimes, not all the time, but sometimes when I'm cold - one to three fingers will turn white!

I never have my phone around when it does it, and I caught this finger going white a bit. It wasn't as bad as it has been - but what the hell is it?

Yes, I know I need lotion thank-you-very-much. But it's weird. I pulled a Meredith and did a little online doctoring and the closest thing I could find was called Raynaud's Syndrome. It's some sort of blood spasm and it prevents blood going to where you need it. One doctor (in my reading) recommended staying warm. Gosh, thanks Dr. Obvious.

When it's really bad, they are super white and then turn purple before going back to normal. But they do always go back to normal and it doesn't seem to cause any other problems.

So, what the hell is it? Should I get it checked out? I truly am sick of paying co-pays. Comment here or on Facebook or Twitter.
