Even though a high school lockdown drill had been canceled by school officials, one police officer apparently didn't get the word. According to our news partner WMTW, Windham High School was going to have an "active shooter drill" on Thursday, but decided to cancel it because of the blizzard. Instead, police officers did a walk through to check access points throughout the school. One officer reportedly walked into the cafeteria and told the students who were eating their lunches to "get down and take cover."

WMTW reports that some parents and students are concerned, and Windham's police chief is looking into the incident for answers to the parents' questions.
