A: Not at all, at least not for me. I've never left the spa feeling like my skin was irritated or burning, even though all of my hair foliculed did just get burnt. I would say this is one of the bigger misconceptions people have about the process, and I'll be the first to tell ya you can literally go work out directly after a session and be just fine!
