Augusta, Maine Area Family Looking For Their Child’s Lost, Homemade Quilt
We get a lot of requests here at the radio station, and we're not talking just songs. People reach out to us because we are lucky to have a voice that reaches a lot of people. People like you who are reading this article right now.
You might have caught the headline and been able to relate. Maybe your child or grandchild lost something special to them and you would search high and low to find it to get it back to them.
Nathanial Bartlett and his family are those people right now. He contacted us to ask if we could help him locate this lost blanket:
If anyone in the Augusta area that frequents the Goodwill over there has seen or picked up a small child's quilt, handmade with peach and green colors on one side with a dinosaur on it, and multiple colors on the other side, and an inscription for "Coraline Claire Bartlett" and the names of the person who made it for her "Peggy" PLEASE reach out to me. I've been looking absolutely everywhere for it for the last two months and I believe it may have accidentally ended up being donated. Cora is heartbroken! Please keep an eye out for it!
Here are some pictures of this homemade quilt that young Cora absolutely adores.
And here's the one that will make you go "Awwwwwww!"
If you have seen this quilt anywhere near the Augusta area, especially near the Augusta Goodwill, reach out to us on our app or on social media, and we'll put you in contact with Cora's dad.
