Bayside Bowl

Bayside Bowl is one of the most unique establishments in Portland with bowling, great food, and tasty drinks.

Their rooftop is a must during the warmer months. Complete with city views, a taco truck, and a bar. The unique atmosphere makes for a great happy hour spot or to bring your buddies from out of town.

And speaking of happy hour, at Bayside Bowl you can indulge in $5 frozen drinks and $5 chips with salsa and guacamole on the rooftop.

As if all that wasn't good enough, you can even enjoy a movie on select nights throughout the summer. Yes! cocktails, tacos, and a great flick overlooking the beautiful city skyline of Portland!

Rooftop Film Series

Movie night at Bayside returns on May 17th with millennial favorite Mean Girls (yeah, it's on a Tuesday but you should still wear pink. That would be so fetch) and wraps up on September 6th with Moonrise Kingdom.

There's a movie for everyone with a fantastic mixture of favorites, classics, and even new releases; Happy Gilmore, Point Break 10 Things I Hate About You, Black Dynamite, The Song Remains The Same, Role Models, and Spiderman: No Way Home.

Movies begin at sundown and they're screened for free! So grab your besties, a beer, and a taco and enjoy your favorite movie from the roof of one of the most popular spots in Portland.

The Price Difference Between a Condo on Washington Ave in Portland, ME, and St. Louis, MO is Astounding

I found two condominiums. One in Portland. One in St. Louis. Both in their respective cities. Similar square footage. The major difference, of course, is the ever-important location, location, location. And, even with similar square footage, Portland has one bathroom up at St. Louis. Still, the price difference is massive. Portland comes in at a whopping $1,105,000. St. Louis? An easily digestible $110,000. That’s not a typo.
