John Lohan, a Boston bus driver with the MBTA, took a little detour to stop at a little girl's lemonade stand on sunny day last week. Don't worry, he made sure none of his passengers were in a hurry!

John told CBS Boston that all he could think is what a great story the four little girls running the stand would have. But then he thought about it and the passengers might have a pretty neat story too!

The 49 year old driver who has been driving a bus in Boston for almost 19 years says it was very spur of the moment. But it was perfect. Not a lot of passengers, not rush hour, hot and sunny and everyone was cool with it.

14-year-old Erin Starkey one of the lemonade business owners said, “The lemonade only cost 50 cents and he bought seven of them. He gave us $10, so, he’s awesome."

I second that.
