Celebrate Cinco De Mayo Here…

What are your plans for the 5th of May? Ahem, Cinco De Mayo? Here's a great idea for you and it's right downtown. 

Chef and owner of Zapoteca in downtown Portland is not only amazing at running her own restaurant, she won "Kitchen Inferno" on The Food Network for God's sake. Shannon Bard is one of the area's best chefs and having a great party on Cinco De Mayo.

I was there this weekend with a friend for lunch and had the most delicious drink. The watermelon habanero margarita! It was a bit spicy but perfect spice, complete with a chunk of delicious watermelon in it! The menu is in spanish which is cool, I say that because thank God the description is in English.
