A Popular New Hampshire Pizza Place Addresses Their Closing Announcement
It's a post on Facebook or Instagram that no one ever wants to see, especially from a local, small business that thrives on the love and support from the community -- an announcement about closing.
And unfortunately, a super popular restaurant/pizza place in Dover, New Hampshire, just announced their closing on Facebook last week -- but it's not what you think, because it's only temporary.
Roger's Restaurant and Pizza in Dover, NH
Just over a week ago, Roger's Restaurant and Pizza in Dover, New Hampshire (it's located inside of the Shaw's Plaza in case you're scratching your head trying to figure out where it's located) announced that they would be closing on Tuesday, September 5, but only temporarily for a couple of weeks.
Because of a mix of Roger's having such loyal customers and, unfortunately, so many local businesses having to close permanently over the last few years, locals became concerned with the reasoning for the temporary closing and apparently flooded Roger's inbox with questions about what may be going on.
Thankfully, nothing is wrong health-wise with any owner or employee of Roger's. In fact, there's nothing wrong at all surrounding this closing -- it's all just a quick face-lift.
But truly, even though Roger's will, unfortunately, be closed for a couple of weeks, what an ego stroke of sorts for the ownership and crew there to know that their loyal customers were super concerned with the reasoning behind the closing.
That's not only how you know you're putting out a good product that customers appreciate, but also a big indicator that you've landed in the right community and that you're truly woven into the fabric of it.
