Driver Tries to Trick the Police With Homemade License Plate. Yikes!

Can't get a real license plate? Well thank God for that Arts and Crafts class in the 4th grade!

A woman was arrested in Erie County, NY. She was driving around with an unregistered car, no insurance and my favorite - a homemade license plate! Nice try...NOT!
