Ever Been This Attached To A Goldfish?

There's a 10 year old goldfish in Australia who, thanks to it's owners, should live another 20 years. "George" the goldfish developed a life threatening tumor. Instead of flushing the little guy, the owners decided to have the tumor removed. WHAAAAAAT???
