The state now has licensed five retail shops that will open, along with a processing plant, and grower, and they will all be ready for October 9th opening day, according to CentralMaine.com. PLAY BALL!

The news site reported that the state already had approved adult-use shops in Bangor, Northport, and South Portland.

The Sea Sweets Co. Auburn facility operates as a medical marijuana extraction operation that uses marijuana properties to place into foods or other items for medical purposes like vaping or dabs.
