
These 27 Food Trucks Will Be at Congdon’s After Dark in Wells, Maine, for 2026
New England's largest food truck park has returned for 2026.
Congdon's After Dark in Wells, Maine, opened May 21 and is once again offering a unique dining spot that features a variety of food options, a beer garden, and even live music.
The family-friendly place will have nearly 30 different food trucks rotating throughout the season.

Congdon's After Dark features a calendar on its website that highlights the food trucks for each open day if you're the type of person who needs to know exactly what will be there. (You can also roll the dice and be surprised if you're so bold.)
As for which food trucks?
Well, there are a total of 27 food trucks that will rotate in some capacity throughout the season, ranging from Mexican food from El Rodeo Go to Korean-Hawaiian Fusion cuisine from Barry Larry's to smashburgers and hot dogs from Gotta Be Frank Gourmet.
So there are plenty of choices you can make, or you can hit them all up for the ultimate meal. Let's take a look at what will be there this season.

When Is Congdon's After Dark in Wells, Maine, Open?
According to its website, Congdon's After Dark runs from Memorial Day in May to Labor Day in September. You'll find anywhere from six to 10 food trucks posted up 4 to 8 p.m., Thursday through Sunday, during that time. Then they open daily starting June 25.
Its opening day was Thursday, May 21.
The website does note that peak times for people tend to be between 5 and 7 p.m., while July and August are the busiest months.

With a bunch of rotating food trucks, outdoor seating, live entertainment, and plenty of variety, it's pretty easy to see why Congdon's After Dark has become so popular since its first year in 2017.
