They have their granddaughter's husband helping them, and it takes them about five minutes to get her free.  She ends up upside down with her head between her husband's legs. They are loving the attention their video is getting!

It takes a good 5 minutes to get her out. It probably wouldn't have taken so long, but they were laughing pretty hard...
