OK, so it's really my Mom's recipe, but I've tweaked it a bit, and of course added bacon. Every time I make it, people ask for the recipe so here it is. You can use any flavor chicken you want, BBQ, teriyaki, mesquite..whatever.

I decided to use a balsamic herb marinade for this batch and it was amazing. This is so easy to make because there's very little measuring. In fact, I just eyeball the whole thing. Here's what I used..Give it a try!

1. Grill up a couple of your favorite flavor marinated chicken breasts.

2. Chop 'em up!

3.Set all that deliciousness aside.

4. Chop up about half of a sweet vidalia onion and chuck it in with the chicken.

5. NEVER FORGET THE BACON!

6. Throw in some sliced almonds, a coating of tarragon and mix it up.

Mix in the mayo (I included a dash of horseradish for a little kick.)

Now try a little taste. Amazing right??? K, that's enough for now. Put it in an air tight container and stick it in the fridge over night.
