What to Expect at the Glacier Ice Bar at Samoset Resort in Rockport, Maine, in 2025
According to the Opal Collection, the Glacier Ice Bar "is set seaside, overlooking Penobscot Bay and the property’s 230 acres."
The resort also highlights that there will be polar bear ice sculptures, lounge-like seating draped in faux fur blankets, ice luges, special glassware, and a fun selection of hot and cold hand-crafted cocktails, beer, and mocktails.

The Opal Collection said that about 50,000 pounds of ice is sculpted into bars, barstools, chairs, tables, and glassware for this winter event. They are pulling out all the stops to create a detailed and gorgeous-looking experience.
