I was chatting with Matthew because I was curious if he was actually from Philadelphia. Okay, I was really concerned he was an Eagles fan. It wouldn't stop me from eating at Richie Ribeye's - but it would damper the experience. But Matthew is a born and raised Mainer in Portland. He traveled the country for 20 years and always had a hard time finding a good Philly Cheesesteak! So, when you can't find one, you make one. People love Richie Ribeye's! It's also a family affair as Matthew's daughter, Maekenna will run the new Westbrook location!
