It is Winter all Year Round in This Ice Cave in Maine
How bad to you want winter to be over RIGHT NOW? This Ice Cave in Maine never get a break from the snow and cold!
While I was complaining about this winter, a friend of mine told me that there is a cave in Maine, where winter is all year long. Then I thought to myself, 'dang, glad I don't live in THAT cave'. But, I bet the cave gives you a nice cool down from the hot summer sun! According to the Bangor Daily News, this cave is a little bit over a mile hike into the woods off the Golden Road from Millinocket to Abol Bridge. Then a few turns and miles and the trail is there to the Debsconeag Ice Cave. To get directions, click here.
