As we continue to deal with the price of nearly everything continuing to increase, most of us are looking for ways to cut costs.

In many cases, these cuts come in the form of the little luxuries in life.  Ditching certain streaming services, waiting to upgrade your phone, or going with store brand health & beauty products (instead of purchasing the high-end products).

However, for some of us, these cutbacks have needed to come in the form of spending less on holiday gatherings.  Yes, sometimes that even means looking for alternatives to Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners.

When you consider that the national average cost of a Thanksgiving meal is over $8 per person (according to National Post) , it makes sense.

We hate the idea that some families may have to ditch their traditional Thanksgiving plans in order to pay rent or pay their electric bill.

Fortunately, Walmart is selling a very affordable Thanksgiving feast that is actually about half the price of the national average.
