Motorcycle Ride to Benefit 4-Year-Old Maine Girl for Life-Saving Surgery
4-year-old Aubrey from Gardiner is sadly fighting for her life. She is strong and spirited, and is battling a severe heart defect and bad lungs. Now, her life depends on a big operation. She needs a heart and lung transplant, but because of how expensive this surgery is, Aubrey needs our help.
With the ever-increasing costs of bills and transportation, it's almost impossible to pay for these things on your own.
According to News Center Maine, the wonderful folks at the Maine Red Knights Chapter 4 are going to do everything they can to support young Aubrey.
The event is called Aubrey's Ride, and it's happening this weekend, July 20. It begins at Ainslee's Market in Gardiner and ends at the popular Red Barn in Augusta.
As per News Center Maine, registration begins at 9:00am, and kickstands are up at 10:00am. These riders will be going for 3.5 hours and 110 miles. The cost to participate is $20 per rider and $5 per passenger.
Saturday is looking to be a beautiful day, so spread the word amongst your rider friends. Head out to Gardiner and join everyone for an incredible cause: riding to help little Aubrey and her family.
It's a great way to make a meaningful difference.
Join Maine riders in supporting this brave young girl and her family.
