Everything You Need to Know About ME's Kennebec River Brewfest

Raise your glass to this year's Kennebec River Brewfest. This event is always the talk of the town here in the capital city of Maine. When the month of August hits, you know that it's coming soon, and everyone gets so excited.

This year will mark its 7th year celebrating the event, according to Katie Doherty, president/CEO of the Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce.

The legendary festival will happen between 2-6pm on August 3. The event will feature over 30 brewers offering over 100 Maine made beers, wines, ciders, spirits, and meads. Is your mouth watering yet?

This is a 21+ event happening in Mill Park in Augusta and presented by Highbrow.

According to the event, tickets are currently priced at $40, and will increase to $50 on the day of the event. The tickets are $15 for designated drivers, and many stops on this drinking tour will include mocktails for those not consuming alcohol.

The Kennebec River Brewfest isn't just about great drinks and food. It's also about having a blast with friends old and new.

With live music and games, this will be a day to remember. The bands performing include TJ Swan, The Court Jesters, Dom Colizzi, and I Want My MTV Retro Band.
