I finally got to spend my first full weekend with the TYM T25 that I currently have on loan from SR1 Equipment in Turner, Maine, and I’ll be honest, I get it now.

This little tractor is an absolute workhorse.

We had a massive pine tree come down in the backyard, and if you’ve ever cleaned up a big pine, you know it’s not just “a tree.” It’s brush, limbs, logs, sap, sawdust, and one giant backyard headache.

Thankfully, the TYM T25 made the whole project feel a lot less overwhelming. We used the tractor to haul brush into the woods, then after the wood was cut and split, we used it again to load everything up and bring it to its new home to be stacked.

For a 25-horsepower tractor, I have been seriously impressed with the power. It’s compact, but it does not feel underpowered at all. And one of my favorite parts is that it’s light enough to drive across the lawn without completely tearing everything up.

I also know buying a tractor can feel intimidating. The price, the learning curve, the implements, the “am I actually going to know how to run this thing?” factor.

But that’s where the TYM lineup really makes sense. They are some of the most affordable tractors in the industry, and the T25 has been surprisingly easy to operate. Even changing out implements is way less intimidating than I expected.

First weekend review? The TYM T25 earned its keep immediately. And I’m already looking for the next project.

Here's the Top 20 Maine Craft Beers According to BeerAdvocate

Here is a list of the 20 highest rated beers from Maine breweries on the website, BeerAdvocate.

The list is dominated by three breweries- Allagash, Bissel Brothers, and Maine Beer Co. The IPA style is clearly the most popular, which is not surprising given recent beer trends.

Research comes from Beer Advocate's Maine page in April 2026.
