According to the Sun Journal, this spot was launched by Nick Zeller straight from a cozy pop-up in Poland. Because of how excellent these bagels are, he now has found a permanent home at 679 Roosevelt Trail, in Naples.
Get this, it all started as an experiment as well, as per the article.
He was working as a barista and schmearing in someone elses kitchen, which has now led to opening his own full blown bagel business.

He previously held pop-ups in Lewiston and Norway and the summer population in Sebago lake strongly demanded for his bagels.
According to the article, he would hit around 750 bagels per day! That's a ton of demand.
The proof is in the pudding folks.
Sebagel isn’t just about bagels either they source local ingredients from 9 Maine businesses and farms. Coffee from Portland, eggs from Harrison, honey from Madison.
This is the type of business you want to support.
Sebagel is open Wednesday to Sunday from 7:00am-1:00pm and 8:00am to 1:00pm on weekends.
The spot he’s located in, in Naples normally has “closed until next spring” signs on the businesses but not Sebagel, nope, they are open year round.
