Maine’s Own Cooper Flagg Gets the Corn Maze Treatment at Thunder Road Farm
A farm in Penobscot County, Maine, has announced the opening of its iconic corn maze for this year, and the theme is sure to bring big smiles to the faces of both children and adults, especially sports fans.
Maine's Own Cooper Flagg Featured in a Corn maze
The popular maze at Thunder Road Farm in Corinna takes this year's "Cooper Flagg" theme to the next level with an incredible design.
The maze features Maine’s own Cooper Flagg — the “Maine Event” himself. The Newport native reached the Final Four with Duke, won every major collegiate award, was the first pick in the NBA Draft, and is now immortalized in corn. What hasn’t this kid accomplished?
This is high-level work by Thunder Road Farm. They packed a ton of great features into this year’s design. On another note, I can’t imagine how long I’d be stuck in this damn maze.
Thunder Road Farm Has Been Making Themed Corn Mazes for Over 20 Years
The corn maze has been a staple of Thunder Road Farm since 2004. The very first design included a lobster and lighthouse — quite fitting, considering the state we’re in.
Honestly, the themes are always outstanding and typically tie into the community. Past examples include an ode to Mount Katahdin, the IT movie franchise, the Peanuts comics, and even Cooper Flagg’s 2022 Nokomis team that won the state championship. You can check out many of the old designs on the farm’s website.

The corn maze spans a massive 6-acre field and is open for the public to enjoy. Ticket and season pass information can be found on the farm’s website. Admission includes access to the maze, a wagon ride, cow train, jumping pillow, and play area. Talk about fun for the whole family!
Congrats to Thunder Road Farm on another outstanding design. I imagine this one will be quite popular this year.
