When traveling along Route 1 in Biddeford, it can be difficult to miss the bright yellow building that houses a restaurant called Koi Asian Cuisine.

Koi has called themselves an Asian fusion spot, melding together many Chinese takeout favorites with a handful of other well-known dishes from other Asian cultures.

Unfortunately for fans of Koi Asian Cuisine, they took to social media to announce that the restaurant would be permanently closing on Thursday, January 15.

Koi Asian Cuisine in Biddeford, Maine, Claims Lease Dispute Is Reason

Koi Asian Cuisine noted on their Facebook page that a lease dispute is the reason behind their decision to permanently close at 11 Elm Street.

If you're a fan of Koi Asian Cuisine or just want to order one last time, the restaurant is offering a discount until they shut the lights off for the last time.

All menu items at Koi are discounted by 30% until the restaurant closes for good on January 15.
