According to a Report, These Are Maine’s Most Popular Fast Food Chains

We may not all admit it, but fast food is a part of all of our lives.

And why wouldn't it be? It's a perfect fit in our "instant everything" society. We have no patience or time. The majority of us are probably dealing with ADD or ADHD. So, to have the convenience of fast-food options is quite the plus.

Burgers, fries, coffee, pizza, sandwiches, tacos, chicken, ice cream, and more are all available and waiting to be devoured in relative ease.

With fast food playing such a large role in society, I thought it would be interesting to see what Maine's top choices may be. What fast food truly speaks to the people of the Pine Tree State. And now, thanks to a popular research site, we have that answer.

World Population Review decided to take a closer look at the buzz around fast food in each state. One metric looked at was the number of searches done for each fast food entity. The site published its findings of every state's three most popular searches. Here is a closer look at Maine's results.

1. Domino's - According to World Population Review, Domino's Pizza is the most searched for fast food site in Maine. Even with all the local pizza options, Domino's is still an absolute monster. It's easy to understand why. It's convenient, the menu is vast, it can be delivered, and it's typically open very late. The website is also state-of-the-art and extremely user-friendly. Now, if you want to make an argument that's it's not fast food, I get it. However, the business trades will tell you otherwise.

2. McDonald's - Like Mickey-Ds wasn't going to make the list. It's the GOAT. Who doesn't love those golden arches? McDonald's is more Americana than people like to give it credit for. The fast food scene would be nothing without McDonald's. Everyone has a story about McDonald's. What's yours?

3. Starbucks - Oh, we just love our coffee, especially when it's fast and not made by us. This chain revolutionized the fast food coffee game, introducing much of America to something called espresso. Stores do seem to come and go quite frequently, but it hasn't stopped America's love affair with the Starbucks. Plus, who doesn't love those egg bites?
