L.L. Bean Moves Over 300,000 Orders In A Single Day

It ain't just Mainers that love L.L. Bean!

According to a story by the Associated Press, L.L. Bean single-day orders topped 315,000 on Tuesday, Dec. 4. 315,000! That's incredible! In fact, that’s among the largest number of orders recorded in the company’s history for a 24-hour period.

They say their iconic L.L. Bean Boots, outdoor gear, and their slippers are driving sales this Holiday season.

Black Friday was another good day for Beans as they were selling about 40 pairs of the boots a minute.

This is good news for the company after a few years of flat sales, a big change in their return policy and some layoffs.
