Magical, Immersive Dr. Seuss Exhibit Coming to Boston
Oh, the exhibits you'll see!
What better way to bring the fantastical worlds of Dr. Seuss alive than to turn them into an immersive museum experience? A traveling 15,000-square-foot interactive Dr. Seuss exhibit is leaving its San Diego base and starting a tour across North America, according to CBS Boston.
The exhibit will open in Toronto on October 26th and from there will migrate to Seattle, Boston, Houston, and more to be announced shortly.
The Dr. Seuss Experience includes completely immersive environments based on the beloved children's author's most famous books, including Oh The Places You'll Go, The Lorax, Horton Hears a Who, and more.
The exhibit itself will change as it moves throughout the tour, switching out some exhibits for others and even featuring a "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" exhibit during the holiday season.
The experience focuses solely on the author's children's books, and will not address his earlier controversial work as a political cartoonist.
