Maine and New Hampshire’s Favorite Romantic Comedies

With Valentine's Day nearly here, there's a company that wanted to know what the favorite romantic comedy was for every state in the country.

Comparitech provides information, tools, and comparisons to help consumers research and compare tech services, so they did some research of their own using Google Trends to find the most popular romantic comedies in each state. So what did they come up with for Maine and New Hampshire?

Maine's favorite is Bridget Jones's Diary from 2001. Renée Zellweger, Colin Firth and Hugh Grant star in the rom-com that Zellweger got an Oscar nomination for best actress for. She returned to the role for two sequels.

As for New Hampshire's favorite romantic comedy, they go with hometown boy Adam Sandler in The Wedding Singer. In case you didn't know, Adam Sandler grew up in Manchester, New Hampshire, so it's no wonder it's their favorite.
