16 Concerts in Maine From Portland to Bangor With $25 Tickets This Week
After a couple years of the concert industry being dormant, 2022 was a banner year for artists hitting road. But with so many acts eager to hit the road and play in front of their fans, Live Nation discovered that music fans only had so much cash to spend and were picking and choosing their concerts carefully.
With that in mind, Live Nation launched a new promotion that was instantly a huge hit. They call it Concert Week, where Live Nation puts a flat rate on select tickets for hundreds of artists at hundreds of venues from coast to coast. Concert Week is back for 2023 with 16 shows in Maine getting the flat rate treatment for the next week.
BADFLOWER - JUNE 3 (AURA)
Alt-rock band Badflower has been on the scene for years, touring with headliners like Shinedown in the past few years. They'll headline a show at Aura on Saturday, June 3 with limited $25 tickets available.
KASHMIR - JUNE 22 (AURA)
For more than two decades, the Led Zeppelin tribute band Kashmir has been touring the country and giving fans what they want, a taste of the Led Zeppelin experience. Kashmir returns to Portland for a show at Aura on Thursday June 22.
JAMES TAYLOR - JUNE 27 (MAINE SAVINGS AMPHITHEATER)
Legendary singer/songwriter James Taylor loves playing summertime shows in New England and will venture to the Maine Savings Amphitheater with his all-star band on Tuesday, June 27. Limited $25 tickets are available.
WEEZER - JUNE 30 (MAINE SAVINGS AMPHITHEATER)
Alt-rock superstars Weezer return to Maine for the first time in nearly a decade to rock the Bangor waterfront with a slew of their iconic hits and a dose of some of their new chart-toppers on Friday, June 30 in Bangor.
POP 2000 TOUR FEATURING O-TOWN - JULY 13 (AURA)
90's pop nostalgia tours have done well recently and have inspired a 2000's pop nostalgia tour that will stop at Aura in Portland on Thursday, July 13. Performances by O-Town, BBMAK, LFO and Ryan Cabrera are slated for the show.
REVEREND HORTON HEAT - JULY 14 (AURA)
There's nothing quite like a Revered Horton Heat show. A mix of rockabilly, storytelling and lyrics that need to be heard to be believed, seeing the Reverend live is a cathartic experience for many. Limited $25 tickets are available for the Friday, July 14 show in Portland.
THE STRUTS - JULY 19 (AURA)
Perhaps one of the most underrated rock/pop bands of the last decade, The Struts never disappoint with their frenetic live shows. They return to Portland for the first time in years on Wednesday, July 19 for a performance at Aura.
GODSMACK & STAIND - JULY 25 (MAINE SAVINGS AMPHITHEATER)
Two rock heavyweights are hitting the road together this summer as Godsmack and Staind team up to bring the loud. Godsmack has released their final album and Staind has just released new music for the first time in nearly a decade. They'll invade the Bangor waterfront on Tuesday, July 25.
SANTANA - AUGUST 2 (MAINE SAVINGS AMPHITHEATER)
Watch in wonder as the the ageless wonder Santana strums his guitar like no other this summer. He's once again hitting the road this summer with a stop in Bangor on Wednesday, August 2. Limited $25 tickets are available for this show.
JOE RUSSO'S ALMOST DEAD - AUGUST 6 (MAINE SAVINGS AMPHITHEATER)

YELLOWCARD - AUGUST 18 (CROSS INSURANCE ARENA)
Alt-rockers Yellowcard are celebrating 20 years of their landmark album "Ocean Avenue" with a performance of the record in-full. Story of the Year and Mayday Parade will support Yellowcard on Friday. August 18 in Portland.
HANK WILLIAMS JR. - AUGUST 25 (MAINE SAVINGS AMPHITHEATER)

Heavy metal gods Pantera have reformed and have lined up a full slate of live performances throughout the summer and fall. That includes a stop in Bangor on Thursday, September 7 for a brain-rattling show.

For three decades, the Goo Goo Dolls have been pumping out chart-topping hits and delivering memorable live performances. They return to Maine on Friday, September 29 for a show on the Bangor waterfront.
