There’s a Epic Maine Treehouse Train That Makes Maple Syrup You Can Visit
Maine Maple Sunday Weekend returns for March 21 and 22, with over 100 participating sugarhouses offering games, activities, treats, and of course, some maple goodness.
There's a variety of options you and the family can choose from for your weekend adventure, but there's one Auburn spot in particular that you'll want to get "all aboard" with.
It's an epic treehouse train sugarhouse known as Treehouse Brand Maple Syrup.
Visiting Treehouse Brand Maple Syrup on Maine Maple Weekend
According to a Facebook post, you can visit Treehouse Brand Maple Syrup on Maine Maple Sunday Weekend on both Saturday, March 21, and Sunday, March 22, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
You'll be able to check out the stunning train replica, complete with working steam coming out, that serves as the sugarhouse to make the fresh maple syrup.
You won't find it at a train station, however. Instead, you'll find it at 352 Old Danville Road in Auburn, amongst the trees.
Just a heads up, but it is cash only, so you'll need to bring some real dollars in your wallet or purse.
What's the Story Behind Treehouse Brand Maple Syrup?
According to WMTW, the construction of the replica train began in 2021, inspired by the “Treehouse Masters" TV show.

In 2023, the project was finished, and the train replica was ready for its first Maine Maple Sunday.
Now that we're in 2026, this marks Treehouse Brand Maple Syrup's fourth Maine Maple Sunday Weekend. It's clearly a one-of-a-kind experience worth checking out.
