If you're stuck inside working today or perhaps just felt totally unprepared for this year's viewing of the solar eclipse, there's good news for you, it'll be happening again sooner than you think.

According to Time, another major solar eclipse event will take place on April 8th of 2024, with Maine being directly in line for the full effect. That will be great news for enthusiasts of major astronomical events, but also those that may have missed out on snagging the proper eyewear to view this year's version.

By the way, if you have eclipse viewing glasses right now, store them in a safe place. And if you didn't manage to get your hands on any of that eyewear, you've got 6 years to prepare.
