Mainers Helping Mainers Virtual Food Drive Provides Over 128,000 Meals (So Far)

Thank you, Maine! You have totally blown us away with your compassion with our Townsquare Media Mainers Helping Mainers Virtual Food Drive.

We started the drive Thursday morning and so far, thanks to your donations, YOU have helped to provide over 128,000 meals for fellow Mainers in need through the Good Shepherd Food Bank. Incredible!

There have been so many touching moments the past day or so with the Food Drive.

Stories of kids donating their birthday money. Folks who are laid off still giving. Amazing companies like the heroes at State Farm Insurance who did an amazing match.

All of you are showing what it means to be a good neighbor in this crisis and we are inspired by each and every one of you.

But we are not done yet! We are going to keep our "Virtual Supermarket" open for a few weeks because the emergency need for food in this crisis is not going away anytime soon
