Mick Foley aka Mankind aka Dude Love aka Cactus Jack is arguably one of the biggest names from WWF's Attitude Era in the 90s and in WWE history.

As a WWF fan who grew up in that time, I have vivid memories of my brother and I stealing our dad's socks and creating our own Socko puppets. I also remember getting in trouble for shoving those socks down each other's throats. (You know you did it too!)

To this day, my favorite match of all time was Mankind vs. The Undertaker in the Hell in a Cell match during King of the Ring in the summer of 1998. They just don't have matches like that since ol' Vince decided to go in a more "PG" direction.

Foley is also known as being extremely humble and down to earth despite his fame. In his book, Have A Nice Day: A Tale of Blood and Sweatsocks, Foley talks about how just a day before the iconic Hell in a Cell match, he took his family on a trip to New Hampshire's Santa's Village.

This spring, Mainers have the opportunity to meet this legend. He'll be a guest at Bangor Comic & Toy Con happening April 24th-26th at the Cross Insurance Center.
