We all have memories of our childhood. And truthfully, hopefully, they're all good ones and all of us have good memories.

Personally, I was lucky. When I think back to my childhood, I remember the first neighborhood I remember living in down in North Andover, Massachusetts. Our street was horseshoe-shaped and there were tons of kids my age on it, so we'd spend most days outside running around having fun.

After that, it was a quiet neighborhood in Salem, New Hampshire. Memories of that include building tree forts with my best friend Joey, my cousin Pat and me riding our bikes not only all around the neighborhood but at times, all around town, and front yard football with friends.

So, when I saw what went down in a Brunswick, Maine neighborhood recently, it was impossible to not be mentally transported back to my old childhood and be reminded of those fun times when literally the only "job" we had was to have fun with our friends and be home when the street lights came on.

The best part is that it was my neighborhood. Because randomly over the weekend while the weather was absolutely perfectly amazing (sunny, warm without being too hot and definitely not too cold), I noticed a family at the front of their driveway setting up...something.

That something eventually became a lemonade stand. (If you want to get technical, a lemonade and cookie stand.)

Boom. Instant flashback to being a little kid just doing fun little kid things when the weather finally turns warmer and you can actually enjoy it. And maybe make a little cash over some sappy people who want to make a kid's day.

Hi. It's me. I'm the sappy people, it's me.

Because in a situation where you come across that, it's impossible to not make their day and at least buy a cup of homemade lemonade from them. And tell them it was the best lemonade you've ever had.

And look, at the end of the day, they may never remember that moment ever down the line and it may have been nothing but a blink in time.

But also, what if they do remember it?
