Seasonal Naples, Maine, Pizza Spot Is Opening a Year-Round Location
Naples Homeslice, a pizza spot in Naples, Maine, recently revealed some big changes for its future.
Not only will it be keeping its original seasonal home, but you'll also be able to get a slice year-round at a second spot called East Coast Pie.
Pizza all the time sounds like a pretty sweet deal, right?
Where Is East Coast Pie Opening in Maine?
Naples Homeslice, which is located at 852 Roosevelt Trail in Naples, Maine, revealed on Facebook that it is opening a spot at 333 Roosevelt Trail in Casco.
The new place is about 5 miles down the road, so it's not far for people in the area.
In 2025, Naples Homeslice teamed up with Lakes Region Brewing there to serve up pizza during the winter, so it's a familiar spot.
333 Roosevelt Trail was also previously home to Eastern Harvest Cafe and Chute's Cafe & Bakery.
When Is East Coast Pie Opening in Casco, Maine?
That exact date for East Coast Pie's opening has yet to be revealed, but rest assured, they are working behind the scenes to get things completed soon.
Naples Homeslice's last day of the season was on September 27, 2026, but it will be back next season.
What Kind of Pizza Can You Get at Naples Homeslice?
According to its website, Naples Homeslice serves up New York-style pizza "with a crispy thin crust, fresh toppings, and classic flavor."
It's got a 4.7 out of 5 rating on Google Reviews, with many people calling it out as "the best," "excellent," "amazing," and "outstanding."
And check out this 5-star review. Makes me want to take the trip to visit what sounds like a real hidden gem in the state:
"OUT OF THIS WORLD. To have this level of slice in the Maine area is rare, I'd be willing to bet. The crust is top notch, crunchy and chewy. The sauce is bold and flavorful and the cheese has the fat content I love. I never would have guessed this level of pizza would be in this area. The dudes slinging the pies LOOKED like pizza guys, so that told me that before we tried it that it would be good. Phenomenal."
It sounds like the menu at the new location is likely to start pretty straightforward, but as they get settled in, should expand. In a Facebook video, it was noted that even foods like smash burgers, fresh breads and pasta could be offered in the future.

It's fantastic to see a local business not only finding success but getting the opportunity to take things to the next level.
Kudos to the two brothers, John and Brian Hanigan, for leveling up from some summer pizza to a place where everyone can enjoy a slice or two no matter the season.
Who else is ready for them to open the new spot already?
Correction: An earlier version of this story stated that Naples Homeslice was moving. Naples Homeslice will remain where it is in Naples as a seasonal pizza place, and a second year-round location will open in Casco called East Coast Pie.
