For many of those that live and visit Maine, fair season is the best season. There's lot of reasons to love the agricultural fairs of Maine, from the animals, to the events, to the fair food. That fair food has become part of the attraction for several fairs, including Maine's largest one, the Fryeburg Fair. So if people are flocking to fairs all across the state for those familiar items, why not bring the fair food to the people? A new food truck is planning on doing just that.

It's going to be called Char Wrig's Sno and Dough. Based strictly on the name of the truck, you can probably tell what will be featured on the menu, First and foremost will be the old Maine favorite, fried dough. Char Wrig's will serve up the classic version, topped with hot butter and cinnamon sugar. They'll also offer a chance for you to elevate your fried dough a few notches. Some of the additional toppings include hot cinnamon apples, maple syrup, hot cherries, hot blueberries, or chocolate sauce.

It's not all about the dough, though. There's some sno too. Sno cones to be exact. Char Wrig's plans to offer the classic crushed ice treat from your favorite fair, flavored with blue raspberry, cherry, orange or lemon-lime.
