Popular Portland TV Meteorologist Saying Goodbye

WMTW Meteorologist Mallory Brooke is leaving the station, after forecasting the weather there for over six years.

In a Facebook post this afternoon, she says that she is leaving Channel 8 to pursue entrepreneurship. Over the last few months, she's developed a weather consulting business, and will be working directly with weather dependent businesses such as local ski areas.

Mallory's last day on WMTW will be December 29th.
