Roopers Beverage and Redemption to Open New Store in Oxford

The popular Lewiston/Auburn based beer, wine, liquor and redemption store is expanding beyond the twin cities by opening a store in Oxford. 

Steve and Elaine Roop opened their first Roopers redemption center in the early 90's and over the years have expanded to 5 locations in Lewiston and Auburn.

Construction recently began for their sixth store on land between Skeetfield Road and Route 26 in Oxford just west of Oxford Plains Speedway.

Jesse St. Laurent of Roopers says that they hope to be open in their new Oxford location in September.
