I love all the Lord of the Rings movies.

My wife hates them. It's a little battle we have. Of course, her idea of a comedy doesn't exist unless it has the word "romantic" in front of it. So our tastes vary quite a bit. However, I know for a fact that she loves cool and unique places. So even though she may not love all the LOTR movies, I think she'd love this Airbnb I found.

If you're a fan of the movies, you've probably wished at some point that you could go inside a Hobbit house. The descriptions in the books always made them seem like the most peaceful places on Earth. I mean, any place where having a second breakfast is the norm, I'm all in 100%.

You're dreams are coming true in Sanford right now.

Maybe that's not a sentence you read very often, but in this particular case, it's totally true. It's an Airbnb location that not only features this cool Hobbit house, and there may be more than one... But there's also treehouse there, which have become quite hot in the rental world the last few years.

But this 2 bedroom, single bath spot is going for a mere $323 a night. I get that sounds pricey, but consider the experience your involved in at that point. Your going to stay in a place unlike any other plain, old hotel you might stay in. Plus, being nestled in the woods in a peaceful spot ain't so bad either, as opposed to the hustle and bustle of a hotel.

You can make reservations right here as well, and the owner is a "super host", which means they have plenty of experience in this realm. That means they've thought of everything, and you're going to have a blast during your stay. If I end up in a nearby treehouse this summer, I'll stop by and say hello. Ha!

Scope this amazing spot, inside and out. It's awesome.
