I'm at the halfway mark of No Shave November and things have turned ugly. I knew I had gray in my beard, but there's way more than I thought!

Today is the seventh day since I decided to let my beard grow for No Shave November to raise awareness and money for cancer. The bad news is I'm even more grey now. The good news?

In all my years since picking up a razor for the very first time when I was 15 and cutting my face to shreds, I have never grown a beard. I've rarely let my beard grow for more than three days. I've decided to change all that and raise money for The American Cancer Society doing it.

The American Cancer Society's Relay for Life is happening in June! There are many teams all working to fight cancer, but we heard about one survivor's team and wanted you to know about her.
