A tourist from Massachusetts was guilty of a historically awful parking job in Portland's Old Port over the weekend

After a night in the Old Port everyone can get a little hangry. Most people don't trash a burger joint though after they are told the place is closing. Police need your help in catching the guy who threw this tantrum.
